Integrity and Accuracy
All shall maintain the highest standards of service, transparency, openness, and accuracy.
Competence
Products or services shall only be offered if the provider possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and qualifications.
Commitment
Commitments must be made in good faith and fulfilled diligently.
Member-First Approach
Representatives and Associates shall always act in the best interest of members, upholding integrity and fairness in all dealings.
Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
Representatives and Associates shall not accept compensation from multiple parties for the same transaction without the consent of all parties involved.
Truthfulness
Information shared with members and external parties must always be truthful, impartial, and accurate.
Confidentiality
Business or technical information regarding members shall not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
Honesty About Qualifications
No party shall misrepresent their qualifications, experience, or capabilities.
Ethical Communication
Public advertisements or communications must not mislead or harm the dignity or reputation of 1Commerce.com or its members.
Respect for Intellectual Property
No party shall imitate or use names, designs, marks, or content belonging to another without written consent.
Professional Conduct
No party shall harm the reputation or business of another, except in legal or regulatory contexts.
Peaceful Dispute Resolution
Parties are expected to resolve disputes amicably and promptly.
Ethical Collaboration
No party shall collaborate with others who violate the ethical standards of this Code.
Conflict of Interest Avoidance
